Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Ardhivision Group Ltd ("ArdhiVision", "we", "us", "our"), including land surveying, architecture, urban planning, real estate, and related services. By submitting an order, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to any individual, business, or organisation ("Client", "you") that requests, orders, or receives services from ArdhiVision, whether through our website, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person at our office in Dar es Salaam.

ArdhiVision provides professional services across four departments: Land Surveying, Architecture, Urban Planning, and Real Estate. When you submit an order through our website or directly with our team, that order is reviewed by the relevant department before formal acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order, request additional information, or recommend a site visit before confirming scope and pricing.

Once an order is reviewed and approved, you will receive a formal invoice outlining the agreed price, scope of work, and payment terms. Work begins only after the required deposit (where applicable) has been received.

Prices for our services may vary depending on project specifics such as land size, location, complexity, and scope, and are confirmed only after our team reviews your order. Published prices on our website are indicative starting estimates, not final quotations, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion or delivery, as specified on your invoice. We accept payment via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, bank transfer, and other methods as communicated to you. Work may be paused or invoices may remain unfulfilled if payment is not received as agreed.

You may request to cancel an order before work has commenced for a full refund of any deposit paid, less any administrative or processing costs already incurred. Once fieldwork, design work, or other deliverables have begun, deposits become non-refundable, as they cover work-in-progress, subcontractor commitments, and resources already allocated to your project.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@ardhivision.co.tz, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the requested services, including access to land or property, relevant documents (such as existing title deeds or survey records), and timely responses to requests for clarification. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of ArdhiVision.

Designs, drawings, survey reports, architectural plans, and other deliverables created by ArdhiVision remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for the specific project they were created for. Reproduction, resale, or use of our work for unrelated projects without written permission is not permitted.

ArdhiVision performs all services using professionally accepted standards and licensed personnel. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, delays caused by third parties (such as government authorities or utility providers), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that order.

Some services may be delivered in part through licensed subcontractors or partner professionals working under ArdhiVision's supervision. We remain responsible for the overall quality and delivery of contracted services, but specific liability arrangements may be detailed in your service agreement where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
